Case Manager/Housing Program Coordinator

Housing Program Coordinator assists Face to Face clients living with HIV apply for financial assistance to maintain stable housing. This is a highly responsible and detail oriented position that works closely with Face to Face Case Managers to assist clients in navigating the barriers of housing in Sonoma County. Financial assistance through Federal HOPWA (Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS) is managed by this position. Other funding programs related to housing stabilization is also facilitated by this position. Working with other agencies, clinics and the county is also an essential role of this person. The Coordinator maintains contact and rapport with the public, landlords and apartment managers, and other housing agencies.  Bi-Lingual preferred. This is a Full Time / 32 hour week position and includes health benefits and more.
